I have visited the Lexus service dept 6 times since my purchase of our Lexus RX450H 6 months ago. While a few times have been for car wash only, 4 times have been for service - twicefor squeak (bad shock purchase of our Lexus RX450H 6 months ago. While a few times have been for car wash only, 4 times have been for service - twicefor squeak (bad shock...which was replaced under warranty, no questions asked) once for oil change and once for allignment. The dealer has been more than accomodating. I have used the replacement car for the day service twice and find it very easy to use. In the past we did not care for Southfield Mead Lexus as most of their representatives were cocky. Customer Service has changed. Adam Grace makes it a pleasure to bring the vehicle in. The other employees seem pleasant. The Quality of work appears to be excellent as long as the new part does what it is suppose to. We purchased a 5 year warranty on the car so I cannot rate the "Price" category. However, we will never do that again -- best to pay as we go. More
