Whether I am dealing with my salesperson, or the Credit Manager (Joe), or the Service Department (Dave), I have never had service close in q 2011. Whether I am dealing with my salesperson, or the Credit Manager (Joe), or the Service Department (Dave), I have never had service close in quality and professionalism in a car dealership.
