I thoroughly enjoy driving my Lexus SC 430 convertible or RX 350 SUV. Both vehicles have proven to be quite dependable. I enjoy the smooth ride demonstrated by both vehicles. If and when service is needed, Don Allen, service representative, arranges speedy service with the least inconvenience. Of course, having access to Lexus loaner vehicles is always a fabulous bonus as it lessens the stress of having to arrange transportation to and from the dealership during my vehicle's "down time". Hello, I have always heard and read of how good the Lexus experience is. I have purchased 9 new cars in my life and dealt with the dealerships.This was the first time I had ever been in a Lexus dealership. I experience is. I purchased a 2002 SC430 with the transferable warranty. I had an issue with the door speakers and scheduled an appointment with the dealership. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with the utmost respect. I met Don and we did some ppr.work. I was told it would be about 40 min. to disassemble the door to see what the problem was. After 30 min. Don told me the speakers were indeed blown and they would have to be ordered. He then pleasantly surprised me with an opportunity of a loaner. Don was first class in every respect. I highly recommend Meade Lexus. It was the best Dealer experience( by far) I have ever had. Thanks, Gary Neighbors More
Greg definitely went to work for the customer. I have a tire claim, which initially appeared not to be covered by the tire insurance. However because Meade Lexus always takes great care of their customers tire claim, which initially appeared not to be covered by the tire insurance. However because Meade Lexus always takes great care of their customers I felt reassured that this will be handled. Greg explained to me that each claim is reviewed closely before being approved. This process took two weeks. I could have been very disturbed and inconvenienced, but due to the great loaner policy I was not inconvenienced at all. Therefore, I patiently waited and Greg updated me on the progresses along the way. Thanks for the great service and considering the customers that get the extra insurance for just this type of service. More

My service advisor (Jeff Bynum) is always there to take care the needs of my SUV and is very honest with what's going on with my truck. Jeff has been my service advisor since I first walked in Lexus and ha care the needs of my SUV and is very honest with what's going on with my truck. Jeff has been my service advisor since I first walked in Lexus and have given great customer service every time. Then on my last visit when Jeff was not there on a Saturday, there was Tony (Manager) that saw I was stress due to my vehicle kept cutting off and he knew I was on call that day, so he took my truck in and put me in a loaner right away and sent me on my way. My stress level decresased within minutes, due to Tony's great customer service. I recommended a friend to Lexus that same day and she bought a CT Hybrid and had driven way from Clinton Twp to by from Meade in southfield. Purchased a '05 RX330 via Certified Used program in 2008. Since then the vehicle has had some issues (range from odd/unfortunate to recall to general maintenance). I don't know if I can honestly vouch for the quality of vehicles in said Certified Used program... as mine has not been great. However, each time I have visited this dealership I have been treated extremely well. The experience is super-friendly and comfortable... unlike any other dealership I have visited. In particular, service advisor Don Allen has provided me with exceptional care and attention each and every time I have visited. He has treated situations very farily, offered "loaner" vehicles when applicable to ease the inconvenience, and always kept me updated with periodic status reports. While I cannot say that I look forward to future service events on this vehicle... I am very confident that Meade Lexus and Don Allen will do their best to ensure I am well taken care of. More

Anthony Krajewski (Tony) is the best representative of professionalism and kindness I have ever run across at a car dealership. He is attentive, and his follow through is impeccable. If you have an appointment with him, you are taken on time and always greeted with a smile. Knowing that when I have to have service at Meade Lexus, and Tony is the one to handle my service, I am never worried about the work getting done in a timely manner, or a problem. Meade Lexus is fortunate to have this employee representing their dealership, as he is what every employer should use as an example as the definition of a knowledgeable, professional, kind, and hardworking when it comes to hiring. When my lease is up, I will not contemplate another car brand, because of the service I know I will receive with this fine gentleman. More
I am currently driving my second RX. I had always driven GM vehicles until a friend of mine let me drive her Lexus. I was sold! What will keep me coming back is the fabulous service department. Those guys will keep me coming back for another. The true test of a dealership is the SERVICE after you buy your vehicle. I have never been treated so well at a dealership. They take time to explain what they did, and after oil changes, they let me know how my brakes are, and tire tread left on tires, etc. I love Meade Lexus and have recommended them to my friends.
