I own a RX-330. My service person is Don Allen. He provides superior service every time I visit the facility. What I really like about him is that he treats all of his customers the same. My visits are always less than one hour. Don is so awesome until I have had them service my vehicle for regular maintenance-- due to the outstanding service I receive from him. I am so pleased with his service until he is the only one I see when I go to the dealership. I just feel that no one else will service me the way he does. However I will say that most of the people are pretty friendly. Plus I enjoy the hot chocolate that Nancy serves me whenever I'm there. I've gotten so spolied until I don't think I would ever go to any other dealership for service. Don and Nancy keep up the good work and continue to service people the way they should be treated. I had a problem w/some scratches on the back of my bumper that was caused when my car was towed to Lexus. The towing company would not accept responsibility and I called Danielle she said to bring it by to that was caused when my car was towed to Lexus. I explained what happened and he said no problem we will take care of it. They also detailed the inside that the towing company greased up. It was great!! I really didn't expect it because I feel that we as a society no longer have great customer service. Well Lexus proved me wrong, Lexus is what great customer service should be. My family and I love our service consultant Mike Stoijadinov and the service manager Adam Staton. When ever we take our 2010 RX-350 in for service Mike is always ready and waiting there for me. He a Stoijadinov and the service manager Adam Staton. When ever we take our 2010 RX-350 in for service Mike is always ready and waiting there for me. He already knows what I am coming in for and has a loaner waiting if I need it. The service manager Adam always makes it a point to say hello and ask how things are going and answer any questions I may have. The car is always ready and clean on time which is very important to me. I would not change anything, you guys have service down to a science! I would strongly recommend Meade Lexus of Southfield to any Lexus owner and would also recommend Adam and Mike to take care of their service needs. More
Went to car check engine light problem. Service was done honestly in timely fashion.Service person was courtteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Dealer waiting area is superb, with good amenities.
