Outstanding Service I have an LS600hl that had a major issue. JR, took the car in, gave me a loaner and sent me on my way. It took two days to finally diagnose and it was I have an LS600hl that had a major issue. JR, took the car in, gave me a loaner and sent me on my way. It took two days to finally diagnose and it wasn't good. Gave JR my warranty company information and he handled it from there. Warranty company okay'd the repairs which was great. JR kept me informed with updates of my vehicle status through the entire repair. Outstanding customer service and professionalism, in my line of work is what we call a +1 experience. TonyP More

Tire Replacement i took my ES350 to Meade Southfield because the ride wasn't as comfortable as I was accustomed to in my Lexus. It was determined that I had the wrong i took my ES350 to Meade Southfield because the ride wasn't as comfortable as I was accustomed to in my Lexus. It was determined that I had the wrong size tires on the car, they were too big which affected the ride. The problem was I never changed the tires and Tony the Service Manager said the car could not have been certified with the incorrect tires on them. Tony and I talked several times and I also spoke with Maria my sales rep. The two of them spoke with General Manager and received authorization from Adam Staton (GM) to replace the tires with the dealership absorbing the cost of the tires. I have taken my car to Lexus for ALL service issues and I am always treated with the utmost kindness and respect. Maria always makes a point of saying hello when she sees me. I have bought several vehicles from Maria and she is always accomodating and not "looking for a sale" but truly helping to find me a vehicle that fits my needs and price range. I have been to many different dealerships in my life and NEVER have I received the exceptional service I receive at Meade. This applys to everyone there. I will remain a loyal customer of Maria's and Meade Southfield for years to come. More
No help with a "lemon" This is to rate both the service center and the dealership. Some years ago I leased an ES300 and still think badly about it. From day one it was a true "lemon", with a transmission that kept missing and stalling. They were never able to find the problem. Both Meade Lexus and Toyota in California just shrugged their shoulders. Against my better judgement, for some reason I then leased an ES330. Certainly much better, but not what I would call a smooth transmission. After that lease, I bought a 1969 Saturn Vue that I am still driving. It's engine is more powerful and the transmission smoother than the Lexus. Over the years, I would hope that Lexus and the Meade dealership have improved. Outstanding Customer Service I went in to replace a my key and spoke to my sales person just in passing. I stopped by his desk(Johnnie Dinkins) just to make casual conversation and one talk led to another, led to an appraisal of my current 2009 RX 350, followed by a test drive of this beautiful 2012 RX 350 loaded with bells and whistles, that eventually led to me sealing the deal and driving away the 2012. There was no pressure nor persuasion. Aaron (Jonnie protégé) was great assisting me on the test drive and answering all my questions regarding the features. Mark was great in his handling of getting it appraised. Larry was great getting that deal signed, sealed, and delivered. I am so excited to be a part of the growing Lexus family. And their new warranty on the vehicles was a added bonus too. Way to go Meade Lexus of Southfield. More

Sales/service Dept professionals I have a Lexus 200CT car and Greg in the service department has been exceptional from my first visit. He always fits me in when I have a concern or just need something explained. He takes the extra step in explaining how to best utilize the vehicle and all its unique features. Whenever I am scheduled for maintenance, Greg makes sure the time needed is acceptable and offers a vehicle for my use. When my car is done, he explains in detail what was done and why. He makes sure the car is washed and always asks if there's anything else I need. His attention to detail and developing professional relationships with his clients is exceptional and one of the many reasons I hope to lease another Lexus when my lease is up. In fact, I mentioned to him that I was wondering if Lexus would consider taking my lease earlier. He set up an appt with Maria D'Aigle in the sales Dept to work with me. She was just as amazing as Greg. She totally understood my situation, explained my options, discussed alternatives and made sure I had all the necessary info to discuss with my husband. When I explained my husband was not able to come in and discuss the options, she completely understood, kept me informed, was professional in every way -especially when a lower lease option became available. We spoke on the phone, she spoke with my husband and we tried to make it work-in fact, my husband commented that he's never dealt with someone as professional as Maria, especially since it ended up we were not able to accept the new lease. We both hope we are able to lease another Lexus-only working with Maria. She knows the industry, Lexus cars and mostly -understands her clients and their needs. I feel very privileged to work with Greg and Maria and I hope to continue leasing a Lexus. More
