Over charge service fee and bad service I went to this dealer to get new battery, the service rep. show me the charge was new battery $185, lab. fee $65, 49months thru 84months $25 (credit) I went to this dealer to get new battery, the service rep. show me the charge was new battery $185, lab. fee $65, 49months thru 84months $25 (credit) total $225 plus tax, then I found out the battery is $118, and pro rate is 25%, the total should $118 - $29.50 +$65=$153.50. OVER CHARGE MORE THAN $70. the high level management should watch and maintain your prior repetition. John More

But Friday's experience, March 11th with my Service Adm My review is on behalf of a basic wonderful experience at Lexus, every single time I come in. But Friday's experience, March 11th with my Service Administrator Tony K--let's say, I really didn't think he could out-do any of my other positive service experiences, but he did. Yes, he serviced the vehicle with its needs, seeing that I'm close to 50,000 miles on my ES350. I asked him about an appraisal, he was very forthcoming with that information and he enhanced the possibility of my looking into purchasing or leasing a hybrid, more importantly just doing a trade-in. He speaks so favorably of all the Lexus vehicles. Because I know of his history in their repairs or service, I really really listen to any information he can share regarding my looking into another vehicle. I didn't realize the 2016 ES350 had so many changes to it, because I've been perfectly content to keep my 2013. Tony has skills not only in the service center--but also in the showroom--I'm just saying, you won't find a more engaging employee with full-blown honesty about the Lexus vehicles. I sincerely appreciate his knowledge of Lexus!!! More

From the moment I pulled in until the final paperwork, I was treated kindly and with the utmost respect. I wish I could recall the names of the young men who drove my car away and returned it. They were very nice young men. Special thanks to Don in service who took the time to explain, thoroughly, the whole process and what occurred regarding my service.
