Horrible Service Department I made an appointment to get my truck serviced and was given the impression that the service would only take a couple of hours. When I arrived, I was I made an appointment to get my truck serviced and was given the impression that the service would only take a couple of hours. When I arrived, I was told that they couldn't get to my vehicle for at least two days and it wouldn't be ready for at least four days and they would not offer a loaner. The employee said that their appointment system basically means nothing. Thanks to this, I took time off work for nothing and had to deal with several rude employees in the service department. More

In and Out I applied for financing the night before, received 2 calls, 1 for more information, and the other for me to come in later that evening. Salesman had a suggested vehicle out front. Test drive it but it didn't feel right. Showed salesman the one I looked at the night before and salesman retrieved it from the back lot, test drove it and completed paperwork. My experience was very quick and painless. Got the vehicle I wanted at a good price. In at 8pm, home by 10pm. That's what I call service! More

From Vanessa taking my call & answering my questions by phone to Debbie picking up where Vanessa left off as she assisted another customer - it was seamless. To get my questions addressed by phone & text with no pressure to come in or games played was amazing to me. The pain of normal dealership operations where you are bounced back & forth with a long wait was more than absent. Debbie helped me get information via text then introduced me to Larry in leasing department for additional help. There was no pressure, all of my questions were answered and our goals were achieved. They listened to what we wanted, under promised and then over delivered. The process was quick, painless & actually enjoyable. Even financing was a relaxed & enjoyable experience. I left the dealership actually looking forward to working with them on my next vehicle & knowing I will be a repeat client for years to come. There's customer satisfaction & then there's a customer service experience that is so different & so great that you feel like maybe they mixed you up with someone important.
