I had an excellent experience purchasing my vehicle from - mderochon

I had an excellent experience purchasing my vehicle from CarMax! The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Elizabeth, the young lady who assisted me, was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire process. She made sure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service Elizabeth provided. She made what can sometimes be a stressful experience genuinely enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend CarMax to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, and I would not hesitate to do business with them again in the future. Thank you, Elizabeth, for such a great experience!

I am 50 years old and have never written an online review - MS

I am 50 years old and have never written an online review before, but my conviction is strong enough to forewarn other potential buyers about this dealership. I purchased a 2026 RAM 3500 for roughly $77k in total and was sold on a "lifetime oil change service" entitled Zurich Coverage for the tune of $2500. Zurich has zero coverage listed for me and despite calling and emailing the dealership more times than I can count over the past several months, I have yet to receive a call nor email back. If you are considering doing business with this dealership, prepare yourself for all smiles up front, a very high probability of deception during signing finance docs etc., then absolutely nothing once you're out the door and the deal is closed. I would have spent much more at any other dealer out of principle alone if I had known the dishonesty and deceptive trade practices this business operates upon.

10 out of 10 Overall Experience! - srichmill

10 out of 10 Overall Experience! I highly recommend this location in North Fort Worth. No stress No haggling No “used car salesman” antics - Joanna was great, honest, truthful, patient and explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The store manager Santos, helped out in the process too- made coffee - adjusted my seat - took care of business. He was great. I truly feel my business was appreciated and that means a lot to me. And I LOVE my car! Thank y’all so much!
