Nothing was ever said about the inspection. When we took the car for inspection, it wouldn't pass. We had to spend over $700 to get the car to pass inspection. More

Customer Advocates I knew the vehicle that I wanted as I had already done my research. I was very fortunate to have gotten Greg McCoy as a sales associate. As I live over 400 miles from the dealership, there were many issues to deal with. Greg quietly and persistently worked behind the scenes to overcome all obstacles resulting in the delivery of my car at a better than expected price. The entire dealership proved their professionalism because this transaction was occurring around the time of highly - unusual ice storms which required closure of the dealership and, last but not least, the entire dealership moved to a new location with better resources for customers and staff. I can only imagine the problems that entailed. When I get ready for another vehicle, Meador will be the first place I consult. More

Outstanding Experience Went on a SRT Grand Cherokee quest this week. I have been on a Hellcat quest for months but decided it was time to shelve that idea until MY2016. Since I was on my 3rd SRT vehicle I decided to go for the SRT Grand Cherokee since I was willing to spent that amount of money on a Hellcat. I'm tall so I needed one without a Panoramic Roof...which apparently is very hard to find. I was about to head to Colorado from Texas to get it....when by chance I found Meador and Devon Nodland. Devon contacted me immediately...sent me pics to confirm he had the non-roof version. I was on the road to Fort Worth within 24hrs. Arrived a Meador and noticed immediately it was new. The facilities were top notch. Devon met me and we did a test drive. There was B5 Blue Charger Hellcat on the lot....I would have bought it but it was sold. It was torture staring at it while waiting for Finance!! I traded in my 2012 SRT Charger and they gave me a reasonable price. Finance was very quick and simple...maybe about 10 minutes total time. Easy as pie. Again....I cannot stress it more....Devon Nodland was top notch. He knew the SRT products, very personable, easy to get along with. The dealership as a whole was fantastic...it has a very good "vibe" right when drive up to the lot. I'll be back...if they can get me 2016 Charger Hellcat for USAA pricing! (I know...probably not gonna happen!). More
