During my purchase today,(Lone Star Ram 1500) I was constantly trying to think of things I could bring up that Kevin wasn't thinking of. However as I was going over things in my mind, and just about to say something to him. He was bringing that very thing up to me before I could get the words out. I was blown away. Debbie, Kevin and Luke provided me up-front pricing on exactly the truck I was looking for, did not try to upsell me into a vehicle I did not want, and did not try to sell me warranty packages I would not use. Kevin was friendly and professional, and he had the truck ready for a test drive when I arrived for our appointment. Once again, I appreciate that Kevin did not try to upsell me to a different vehicle. The whole process was so smooth and pleasant, the truck was exactly what I wanted, the price was actually LESS than I expected based upon my research, and the paperwork took less than 20 minutes once I decided to purchase the vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about Kevin and Meador. I recommend them highly. And I can see why the Meador website lists them as the #1 USAA Jeep/Dodge/Ram dealer in North Texas. I agree. More

They tried to get sign the papers before a test drive I had found a 2010 jeep liberty with 55K for $10998. I meet with the sales person and was shown the car and told that they had just taken it on trade I had found a 2010 jeep liberty with 55K for $10998. I meet with the sales person and was shown the car and told that they had just taken it on trade and that it had not been detailed yet. I was told that it would be cleaned and inspected by the next Wednesday. I called back on Wednesday and was told it was not yet finished by would be ready the following day so I made an appointment to test drive it the next afternoon. When I arrived the car was still being inspected and would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. 45 minutes later I was still waiting and when I said I would come back in an hour I was told it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. The sales person then pulled out a piece of paper asking me to sign it agreeing on a sales price, what my trade it was worth, and also that I would buy a warranty. When I told the sales person that I had not test drove the car he looked shocked that I would want a test drive. Remind you this is the same sales person I had been working with from the start. I was told the jeep had passed its inspection and that if it had not been for its age it would be jeep certified. I was told that the front wheel bearings would need to be repacked but I could test drive it. When I drove it was clear that the wheel need to be looked at. I told the sales person that I would test drive the car again after the wheel was fixed. The salesperson said that it was going to be fixed before he would sell the car and that it would be fine. However he needed to let his manager know what was going on before he would give me my car keys to my own car. For the next 20 minutes I listened as the sales manager and sales person talked. When I finally asked for my keys the salesperson walked me out and told me that the manager was upset. The manager was upset because they were making repairs on a trade in and that he felt the price listed on the Jeep was listed to low and that they could sale it for more money. It was very clear to me that they were not willing to work with me. More

There were only two that had MSRP, all others added a market adjustment of $3,000 or more. Devon responded in the most informative manner, telling me the current status and when I could submit an order. He called me the minute he could enter the order and we conducted the whole process over the phone. The dealership was 50 miles from my home. He told me it could be anywhere from 2 months to 9 months so I would have to be patient. I was kept up to date each week. He is very dependable and tolerant. I mention tolerant because as my car got closer to arriving, I asked him every day for the status even when the status wasn’t changing. I found the whole process to be one of the best experiences I have had buying a car. This is my tenth new car purchase. I highly recommend Devon and Meador Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep. Ordered my car on Jan. 27th and took it home April 6th. More
