After I told him what I wanted and that I wanted it the same day; he went to work to make it happen. I had been to a few other dealerships that morning and had one more to go to after this stop. Jonathan made me and my wife feel like we were his top priority. He answered all of our questions and displayed a very professional manner the entire time. He was able to obtain the vehicle I wanted from another dealer and saved me the trip. In my opinion, he is definitely an asset to your organization. I also enjoyed talking to Armando Rodriguez. During the paper signing phase he explained each step and ensured I understood each step and was comfortable with it before proceeding. My wife and I were very impressed and pleased with both of these outstanding professionals!!! More

Kevin greeted my husband like an old friend and we both felt very comfortable right away. He was chatty and nice, and got the cars that we wanted to see right away. He didn't "oversell" at any point. He stepped back and let us look at the cars. It was really more of the sales experience you would get at a luxury dealership because the "hard sell" wasn't there. His attitude and salesmanship was MUCH appreciated. Give that man another plaque, at this rate he looks like he needs a trophy room already. Thanks Kevin!! More
I have never felt so ignored and disrespected. We were in the market for a new vehicle and decided on the Dodge Dart. The dealership added on a few features that would be installed after delivery but little did we know that it would end up being more of a headache than a pleasure. Jonathan was our sales person and I can't completely blame him because after I witnessed how I was treated by the managers, I can see where the breakdown in customer service began. To make a long story short, we are still waiting for the sunroof to be REPAIRED, the tint to be installed, and the additional key to be delivered. I have left several messages for several employees, including the sales manager, Mr. Luke Uhlman. The most disturbing issue that I have had was when we dropped the vehicle off for the 2nd time. Due to not receiving a call back, I requested to speak to Mr. Uhlman since we were on the premises. I watched the salesman walk to his office, advise him that a customer was requesting to speak with him, and the salesman came back and stated that Mr. Uhlman was UNAVAILABLE. I would think that after closing the deal and purchasing a vehicle from your dealership, and leaving several messages requesting a call back, that a person who identified himself as a manager for the company, would show more respect to a customer. As of today, I'm awaiting a reply from the general manager regarding the situation and hope to receive my car back soon so that I can be done with Meador Dodge for good. More

This was going to be our first Jeep purchase so I had no idea that most dealersh My wife and I were in the market for a 2015 silver Jeep Cherokee 4x4. This was going to be our first Jeep purchase so I had no idea that most dealerships had such a small selection of Jeeps. We found exactly what we wanted at Meador, and Kevin made the purchase and trade-in over the phone super easy. Further, the new Jeep was delivered to our door the next day and they drove away in our trade-in, and we live almost 200 miles from Fort Worth. Easiest car deal I have ever done in my life. More

The only thing left was to come see the vehicle. I was more surprised that several people from the sales and finance team stayed past closing just to show me the vehicles I was interested in. I fell instantly in love with one and decided to buy. They gave me top dollar for my trade-in where several dealerships tried to quote me seven thousand less. These people and this company are actually here to help you get into the vehicle that you want. The staff is full of smart friendly people with only your intentions in mind. This is a dealership that other dealerships need to strive to become. More
