During the paper signing phase he explained each step and ensured I understood each step and was comfortable with it before proceeding. Kevin greeted my husband like an old friend and we both felt very comfortable right away. He was chatty and nice, and got the cars that we wanted to see right away. He didn't "oversell" at any point. He stepped back and let us look at the cars. It was really more of the sales experience you would get at a luxury dealership because the "hard sell" wasn't there. I have never felt so ignored and disrespected. We were in the market for a new vehicle and decided on the Dodge Dart. Jonathan was our sales person and I can't completely blame him because after I witnessed how I was treated by the managers, I can see where the breakdown in customer service began. To make a long story short, we are still waiting for the sunroof to be REPAIRED, the tint to be installed, and the additional key to be delivered. I have left several messages for several employees, including the sales manager, Mr. Luke Uhlman. The most disturbing issue that I have had was when we dropped the vehicle off for the 2nd time. Due to not receiving a call back, I requested to speak to Mr. Uhlman since we were on the premises. I watched the salesman walk to his office, advise him that a customer was requesting to speak with him, and the salesman came back and stated that Mr. Uhlman was UNAVAILABLE. I would think that after closing the deal and purchasing a vehicle from your dealership, and leaving several messages requesting a call back, that a person who identified himself as a manager for the company, would show more respect to a customer. As of today, I'm awaiting a reply from the general manager regarding the situation and hope to receive my car back soon so that I can be done with Meador Dodge for good. More
