In two days I left several messages with a few different people and received maybe one call back and it didn't even resolve my issue. Finally I was able to speak to a lady who did everything possible to help me. She said let her do some research and she would call back the same day. I was quite skeptical as that was what everyone else said. However, Whitney did call back! What is even better is that she completely handled my issue and answered all of my questions!! Oil Change I have tried twice to have the oil changed on my new extended warranty truck and have been told it would be a 3 hour wait. Service dept horror Arrived at 9 for quick oil change and inspection. At 11 was advised (" coincidentally " same as the lady sitting next to me) that I needed new wipers Arrived at 9 for quick oil change and inspection. At 11 was advised (" coincidentally " same as the lady sitting next to me) that I needed new wipers for my 2 year old SUV that cost 30.00 before would do inspection , I agreed hoping would be out soon. But no almost an hour later and having to reschedule a noon appointment, asked my service tech if my vehicle was ready and no it was not still 2 cars ahead of me.!! I asked him to cancel needed to go forget the wipers and he proceeded to tell me it was too late for the wipers they are on and will still have to wait 10 more minutes before he'd bring my vehicle around. But what topped it off was he was rude and told me with his finger to wait in the waiting room because it was going to be awhile !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm still upset will NEVER go back ,had been going there for over 2 years. Never again. Even bought the Journey here !! More
