Overall very dissatisfied with the service at Meador Dodge. We waited for over an hour in financing even though we told it would take 10 minutes. After we purchased our new charger, the alternator began malfunc We waited for over an hour in financing even though we told it would take 10 minutes. After we purchased our new charger, the alternator began malfunctioning. I was unable to contact the service department and JJ promised that he would have them call me. It has now been 2 weeks and still no response. I also received the wrong key for my car and I was told that they are still searching for my second key. My car was dirty the day we bought it and I was promised to have it detailed on a later date, but now they are "too busy to have it done." We were overall very dissatisfied with the service at Meador Dodge. More

Kevin has sold us 2 of 7 truck, suv and Jeeps. He's great! Everything was great but the detail of the car. We don't have A+ credit and that works against you, but they got the deal done! It was amazingly fast! Matt in financing was kind and compassionate and worked to get us the best deal!
