I was contacted by a Marketing Firm in June 2012; representing Meador Dodge and we were urged to bring in our 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 Mega Cab DRW to access a higher than average trade-in value. My 2007 had low miles, had an impeccable service record there and was in very good condition. We have utilized Meador Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep for all of our Service needs for our current 2007 Dodge Truck and our 2008 Jeep Wrangler for over 15 years. We were in Red River at the time, for the first part of the summer and we knew we would be in the market for a new truck soon, at least by this fall and we were going to trade up to a new 2012 Dodge Ram 3500 DRW Laramie Ltd. We agreed to bring in our 2007 for a trade-in appraisal when we returned to Fort Worth. Kevin Eidson called me after we got back to town and his personable sales approach was the best we have ever had in our over 48 years of car/truck buying experiences. There was no pressure, no hassles, Kevin and the Management Staff at Meador Dodge treated us like family, with dignity, honesty and the utmost integrity. Very pleasant experience, made the drive to the metroplex worth every mile. Kevin greeted us in a way that did not make us feel like we were being attacked by vultures, which is how I have felt at other lots worth every mile. During the entire process, Kevin was extremely helpful, knowledgable and very respectful of what I was looking for and ensured my needs were met. The gentlemen that took care of me on the finance side, Shane Pierce, was great as well. Everything happened that was quoted to me and Shane even offered some great suggestions on my financing options as well. This was by far the best car buying expereince I've had, which really says a lot.
