Shagufta Khan was absolutely wonderful & if I would've only had to deal with her it would've been 5's across the board because everything on her end was great. My issue came when it moved to finance & the fact that I waited for 1 1/2 hours before I got into an office. Gary Carlock, finance manager, was fine once I got in there, but to have anyone wait that long is completely unacceptable! Even though the Jeep I did purchase was the EXACT one I wanted, (& it was very hard to find the exact features/accessories I wanted)if I would've had my trade-in key's on me I would've left from being made to wait that long. I clicked yes I would recommend, I'm honestly not sure, but only because of my experience with Shagufta would I consider recommending Meador!! More

Throughout my experiences of purchasing vehicles, I am extremely impressed with Meador Dodge Chrysler & Jeep because I have never been to a dealership that treats their customer at the level Meador does. The moment I walked in the door, I was pleasantly and professionally greeted by Meador’s staff. The facility was immaculate and everyone says hello. The sales team that assisted me in the purchase of my new 2012 Rubicon was Nick Zaha (Sales) and Mike Bell (New Car Manager). Those two gentlemen were the best individuals I have ever done business with. Absolutely no pressure from either gentleman. I knew what I wanted and both gentlemen helped me order my own custom built Rubicon that was delivered 6 weeks later. The entire transaction from start to finish was great (Sales, Purchasing, Financing and Maintenance). I highly recommend going to Meador for all your Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep needs in the DFW area. Ask for Nick and Mike. Fabulous team and will help you get the vehicle you want. More

Nator Langley was a pleasure to work with for obtaining my new car. The entire experience in dealing with Nator was perfect - no haggling, no pressure, no tie-ups! Nator was able to secure the car I wanted and had it ready for delivery as promised - wheel locks, tint and all. I highly recommend Nator to anyone seeking an honest and straight forward salesman. I would like to recognize Coach Mizel - he was easy to deal with in making the final deal - kudos. Last but not least, I would like to recognize Shane Pierce for a smooth finance transaction. He was straight forward in letting me know the actual numbers for financing, GAP cost and extended warranty cost - he even got me a better deal on my finance percentage from my own financing agent - thanks everyone! Buying a new vehicle has always been a long, drawn-out ordeal. Kevin met us on the lot and immediately we knew that this was going to be a different experience. His knowledge of the Jeep we were looking ordeal. Kevin met us on the lot and immediately we knew that this was going to be a different experience. His knowledge of the Jeep we were looking for was extremely impressive, he took all the time necessary to insure we were happy with the answers to our questions and there was absolutely NO PRESSURE!!! When it came time to talk money, again there was not pressure and no no game playing. Kevin presented the deal and our options and that was it. When we returned to sign the papers and pick-up the Jeep, the vehicle was ready, the papers were drawn and all the additional sales items (tire warranty, paint protection, GAP insurance, etc.) were explained but not pushed. Kevin did a great job demonstrating the options of the vehicle and helping to set-up the electronics. On a scale of 1-10, I rate this car buying experience an 11! I dropped by the meador dealership on saturday not really thinking I would get a vehicle but my saleslady was so confident that she never gave a negative viewpoint. Shagufta was so informative, She knows her cars at the dealership. I was uncomfortable about operating the car but she made me real so relaxed. We talked and had fun. The dealership itself was friendly. They had a cookout that day and just made my visit great. It was late so Shagufta let me take the car home for the weekend and of course I fell in love with it. On Monday she call and said I was approved for "MY DREAM CAR". You see my husband past away and he made me promise him that I would get the things I really wanted but it was difficult when he first past and I couldn't get it together. Now after listening to Shafuta I know I can make my dreams come true. Thank you Shafuta for your encouragement and to the staff at Meador, Ft. Worth, Texas. And to the young man that washed and shined my new Chrysler 300 Thank You. More
Looked up minivans, dealer price, and rebates on the internet. Also looked up the trade-in value of my car on the internet. Looked at Honda, Chrysler, Nissan, Kia, Toyota. Went to dealers around the internet. Also looked up the trade-in value of my car on the internet. Looked at Honda, Chrysler, Nissan, Kia, Toyota. Went to dealers around the Dallas area to see and test drive the vans. Liked the 2012 Town and Country. Found two buyer rebates for the Chrysler Town and Country - a USAA member rebate plus a regular buyer rebate. USAA recommended two dealers in the Dallas area. I typed information into the USAA web site and got a call from Meador within 5 minutes of hitting "enter" on the computer. We went to Meador in Ft. Worth and made a deal in short order. Great selection of Dodge and Chrysler minivans. Bryan Vick (the salesman) was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Was happy to see that he could tell me, in his office, what inventory they had. Most dealerships make it a game with, "well we have these over here..." and "let me check with the manager if we have any in the back..." Also happy to see he did not try to get vague with the rebates; just affirmed that the two rebates I knew of were valid and he checked to see if we were eligible for any others. When I told Bryan I was interested in one van and wanted him to give me a trade-in value on my car, the Meador team presented me a written offer for the van (including rebates and trade-in) that was within $50-100 of what I was expecting for the sale. As an example, another dealer in the Dallas area (also Chrysler) offered roughly one half of what Meador did for my trade-in. I like that Meador did not have the manager come over to try and sell me during the process, he worked behind the scenes to produce the written offer with the salesman and was very efficient after we came back the following day. No hassle, no nonsense, great bottom line. The managers, the money guy, the salesman, all worked as a team to quickly and efficiently make the process happen. I'll be back if I need a second car.
