Shane worked very hard to make sure you were comfortable and happy and understood the paper work before you sign and does notnpressure you at all. I had 3 minor issues that kept me from giving 5's across the board. 1 was the salesman's fault, 1 was a shared fault between I and the salesman and the last one (if it did exist, not sure because it's looking back now) was probably shared fault between all three of us. But, the over all experience made me a loyal future customer to this dealership and the two men that served me. Kevin calls on occasion to make sure I am happy with my purchase and to check and see if I have any questions. It was my first time to visit this dealership, and I was looking for some serious help on a trade, ...into a new 2012 Jeep. I already owned two of 'em, a 2005, and a 2008, both bought from another Fort Worth dealer. Now, I had no gripe with them, ...they just didn't come to the table this time. So, I got lucky, and teamed up with one of Meador's "finest", a fellow named Nic Zaha. I don't think I could have found anyone more suited to my own personality and needs. I honestly believe this was the first time ever, that I actually agreed to a deal the first day. Wow!,...their trade in offer for my 2008 well exceeded the other guy's, and they had in stock, ...repeat! ...IN stock!...exactly what I wanted. Meador's dealings were fair, and one couldn't ask for, or find a nicer, more personable couple of guys to work with than Nic and "Coach" Mizel, the new car sales manager. I really liked my '08 four-door Saraha, and when asked about it, I described it as a "Cadillac with Hinges" (sorry 'bout that Caddy stuff). However, the new, higher horsepower, higher torque engines, and all the surprising new features of the '12s will just rock your world. I'm now in love with that new 2012 Saraha of mine. If you're just looking, or buying, you can count on Meador, and their folks, to make car shopping fun once again. More

The used car manager was more in the background (I did not catch his name) but also seemed engaged and helpful. I had six concerns: 1) I told the dealer that there was a good sale on a new Caravan at a competitor and they did not believe me and had no newspaper to verify it against. Ultimately, they discouraged me from considering it dur to the lack of rear A.C., which seemed helpful and honest, so I continued with my consideration ending up with a 2010 minivan with around 50,000 miles. 2) I was told my monthly payment would be $300 but when I got to finance it was $325, eventually lowered to $315. 3) The inspection sticker is out in a month. 4) Due to the late hour no one was available to detail the car. 5)There was only one key. 6) I received no paperwork, none. I hope to remedy all of these last three shortcomings in a few days. More

The telephone sales and conversations were excellent, email coorespondance was great, and when I arrived at the dealer to go through options, packages, and place the order everything went as planned. No problems, no sales pressure, no drama----just great sales work and OUTSTANDING job working through the order to get exactly what I wanted. When I left the dealership, I had a printed order in my hand, and a verbal agreement of when the vehicle would arrive. Email updates came on a regular basis, and my vehicle showed up at the time they told me it would. I arrived at the dealer to pick up the Jeep, and it was PERFECT. No mistakes in optionns or packages, no problems, no drama. Paperwork was ready and good-to-go. Test drive, paperwork, and casual chit-chat, on the road with my new Rubicon in less than an hour.
