We found our experience at Meador to be very good. We were a little disappointed that there were no manuels in our vehicle. We were impressed up until the final process when we were left in a "holding area", it wasn't nice enough to be considered a lounge. No big deal, it just put a little lack luster feel to what is usually a very big event. At least for us anyway. I stopped in just to look at trucks and spoke with mr. Eidson. After explaining to him what I was looking for and my price range he found the perfect truck that I had been told at other dealerships was i Eidson. Then after going to the finance department the lowest interest right I have been quoted was 11%. Somehow after signing the paperwork I ended up with 4.9%. I came in to Meador Dodge on Saturday 4/21/2012 with the sole purpose of looking at the interior of the new Dodge 1500 or 2500. I have always been a Ford guy but I wanted to at least look at the Dodge befor sole purpose of looking at the interior of the new Dodge 1500 or 2500. I have always been a Ford guy but I wanted to at least look at the Dodge before I bought a new truck in a couple of weeks. I was greeted by Nick when I arrived and he loaded my family on a golf cart and showed us around the lot. He was very informative on all the different models and answered everyone of my questions. We located a Demo that I liked and he had me drive it to see the difference in the Ford and the Dodge. Loved It! We worked up numbers after he took care of my trade appraisal. We met with 'Coach' and discussed what I needed the price to be in order to be happy with the purchase. Shane set us down in his office and took care of all the paper work just like I had asked. And I drove it home that day. It was that easy. My Wife drives a 2011 Jeep Unlimited that we bought from a different dealership. We will now be using Meador for all of our Service needs and vehicle purchases. More

We struggled on the Jeep web site looking for a match but too many incorrect matches turned us away. We had already had several bad experiences with Dealerships that had no staff or out to lunch. We live 250 miles away from Ft Worth but we wanted to purchase at a certified dealership thru USAA, locally we were dissatisfied. My husband located several certified dealerships while in Ft Worth but Meador impressed him most, so much, he had to share it with me, he called me immediately and told me what he had found and how hard they were trying to find a vehicle of his liking. They were nice, friendly & had positive attitudes, very professional & receptive to anyone who seemed to step on the lot. They treated everyone as if they were family & friends and worked with us in every way possible. The customer service is what sold us. We feel very satisfied with Nic for helping find the vehicle we had set out to buy 2 weeks before and within hours Nic found it, a perfect match, it was amazing and I love it, I had no idea it could be found that quick. It was the 3rd vehicle he showed us that day but thanks to his best effort he satisfied us both, he was so patient with us and we would highly recommend Meador Dealership and Nic is one of the finest people you could met.
