Just some additional followup. Their GM Jeffrey Rosser wrote a self-serving response to my review that he'd be interested in discussing my experience and requested that I followup with him directly. I contacted him twice by email and received zero responses. I think he just thought it would look good to publicly offer that option, but in reality really had no interest in hearing from me. He'd rather just chalk it up to saying I probably misunderstood something they said. That's far from the truth. They lied about the order process. This just isn't the right way to try to improve customer service. Own up to things and don't try to avoid talking to the customer. Buyer beware of the current sales leadership at Meador!
