Very conflicted writing this review. The Sale process went smoothly for the most part. There were two items I was told about the vehicle after signing the paperwork. Then within 4 day The Sale process went smoothly for the most part. There were two items I was told about the vehicle after signing the paperwork. Then within 4 days of having the vehicle, I started experiencing an issue with the vehicle. I immediate contacted my salesperson. No response. A few days later, I contacted service, left a message with a young lady, no response. 5 days later called again was placed into someone's voicemail. No response. Another week, I call again. I express my dissatisfaction, was told a manager would call me back immediately (also found out that my salesperson of 2 years was no longer employed, would explain no response, she was great). We are 4 days later with again no call. Not impressed with the after sale service. More
