My grandmother purchased a used vehicle from Medford Ford about 6 weeks ago. It has been in the shop most of these 6 weeks. The week she purchased it the vehicle started having issues, the power steering and about 6 weeks ago. It has been in the shop most of these 6 weeks. The week she purchased it the vehicle started having issues, the power steering and brakes would lock up. She called Medford, brought the vehicle in and they said nothing is wrong. She took the vehicle back, the issue has happened multiple times since. It happened once closer to another local reputable dealer, they scanned and diagnosed the vehicle but told her she should take it back to Medford because it was just purchased. She took the vehicle back to Medford, they have had the vehicle for over a week again at this point, they are refusing to repair the vehicle based off of the diagnoses from the other Ford dealer, they refuse to answer or return her phone calls, the one time they did answer they don't allow her to speak to the manager and only say nothing is wrong with the vehicle...clearly something is. She reached out to the sales department for them to purchase the vehicle back now that she does not feel safe driving the vehicle and the offered her half of what she purchased it for six weeks ago. This women is 70 years old, has purchased and serviced multiple vehicles at this location throughout the years, and they don't have a care in the world for her or her safety. They don't stand behind their vehicles. Do better Medford Ford More

Brought my car here to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I had an appointment and still waited almost 2 hours for the service to be done. As soon as I pulled out of the parking lot (on a busy highw rotated. I had an appointment and still waited almost 2 hours for the service to be done. As soon as I pulled out of the parking lot (on a busy highway) My car started shaking. As I pulled into the closest parking lot my front passenger side tire literally flew off my car. I panicked my 6 month old baby was in the car with me. We could have been seriously injured, they forgot to screw my tire back on after the rotation.They eventually sent someone over to talk after the first person they sent out the tire on my damaged cat and told me “you can probably drive it back over now” he brought a replacement car for me and told me “we’re going to need this back though so You can’t keep it.” I’m sitting on the side of the road in the heat with my infant and he had no sympathy at all of the danger they put me in. After that it took over a month to get my car back. I had to reach out for updates. When my car was finally done they called and said yea you need to bring the rental back immediately I need to sell it… no I’m sorry for everything you have been through nothing of the sort. I will NEVER go back here. My lease is up in a few months and this experience makes me not even want to deal with ford ever again. More

Gus Curiale, the service manager, was very prompt, professional , & affable. I got an appt. when I needed it. He explained everything about my car's service outcome, & he put me at ease. When having recall work done, don’t try to something is wrong when it isn’t to cover your hours. Sad, this was a last attempt to give this dealership another try.
