When I started looking for a used BMW Z3, Medway Imports had one in stock. In January, my wife and I took a trip to Medway to take a look at the vehicle. When we arrived, Barry Roth was friendly and allowed us to view the car with no sales pressure. I remember Barry saying only one thing: “you will never find a cleaner one than this”. Over the next two months I had a chance to look at close to a dozen Z3’s from New Hampshire to New York. Barry Roth was right; I could not find a cleaner one than the one Barry had in stock. Medway Imports had the best condition, lowest miles Z3 at a reasonable and fair price with a clean Car Fax and Auto Check report. After purchasing the car and taking it home, I did have a number of questions regarding the car. Each time I sent an email to Barry, he was quick to respond and always very helpful with his answers. Two weeks after my two month warranty expired, my check engine light came on. I contacted Barry and without question, he said “bring the car in and we will take care of it”. Barry’s technicians quickly found the issue and returned the vehicle to me without charge. As I said earlier, buying a car from a dealer is only half the transaction, the second half is how strongly the dealer stands behind the cars he sells. The price for each vehicle was very fair. The Audi had a few minor issues with the service engine light coming on and Barry fixed it without any complaint or haggling even after the purchase.
