I have been in search of a specific vehicle for about 3 months. I found a few that met my criteria but did not purchase due to either pricing, condition of vehicle, or sales staff - until I met Meday Impor months. Not only did they have the exact vehicle i was looking for, but the vehicle was in perfect condition, fully serviced, new tires / brakes, new air filters (cabin & engine)... ready to go. I was going away on business for a week and wanted to take the car that day. Tim worked with me well after closing hours and made it possible. Buying a vehicle is a material purchase and we all want to make sure that our money is well spent. For various reasons, we feel safer buying at large, fancy dealerships vs. smaller privately owned businesses. I can tell you for a fact that the team at Medway Imports are as informed and as attentative as any dealership I have visited (if not more so). Medway delivers the highest quality in vehicles, service, and follow through - not to mention that they have the best, fairest pricing I have found. i saw the vehicle listed on the internet so i set up a time look at it with my mechanic. when we arrived there we took it for a ride and looked it all and found a few things wrong with. when we returned f time look at it with my mechanic. when we arrived there we took it for a ride and looked it all and found a few things wrong with. when we returned from the ride we talked to barry on what was needed and the price as is or with the work done and the price discussed was not we had hoped so we left to think about it. i received an email from barry letting me now the problems had been fixed if i was still interested in the truck. so the truck was now set for the origanl asking price which i couldnt afford so we started talking and working on the and we both came to an agreement by the end of the day so i went and made the smooth transaction with barry who help me out in every way he could and was extremely nice threw out the sale. When I went to other service stations for service on the Audi (because they were within walking distance), I thought I had done ok, but it turned out that the other mechanics missed items in all cases. I have used Barry's services for more than five years and for a total of four cars (so far). Barry provides both in-depth knowledge and decades of experience with foreign cars and creates confidence in using his services. What I liked best is that his service doesn't just do what you ask for, but always looks out for your best interest and screens the performance and safety of the entire car. Whereas accepting the additional fixes may go beyond expected cost, they prevent break-down, safety issues and ultimately provide a longer lifetime for the car and peace of mind for you. Barry shows high integrity in his dealings and services and does not rip you off, his services are typically much less expensive than those of the OEM dealerships. More recently, I used Barry's dealership to shop for a new car, as repairs for my old car were getting out of hand. Two things to mention: I gave Barry a list of (fairly picky) features that I needed (BMW 325i, not xi, not 328, black color, stick shift, cold weather package, rare aluminum trim) and he got me exactly what I wanted within a week. I snoozed on the purchase and we lost this opportunity, but he got me another (and better) car within 5 weeks. I wasn't in a rush and happy to wait. The other issue to mention is his patient and hands-off behavior, he is not the high pressure sales person you see elsewhere (at BMW dealerships, for example). I am now a happy owner of a great car and jokingly accused Barry of making driving fun again for me. Barry could not have been more helpful. They found the car for me at a dealer in the mid-west, hired an inspection company to inspect it and then arrainged to have it shipped to the dealers.
