The service team at Mel Hambleton is outstanding. They picked up my truck for routine service and it came back looking like new. That was no easy job considering it was covered with bugs and mud when it it went in. The young man who delivered it to me even wiped off the grill again after he got to my place. I highly recommend Matt Rich, Mark Rank and their service teams.

I went into the Jiffy Lube near my work for a regular oil change when they informed me that a part on my had been recalled and needed to be replaced. I was shocked and doubtful and left without the repair. I called Justin who'd sold me my car earlier and even though it was his off day took my call and double checked to make sure I was indeed in a safe car. The Jiffy Lube had been infact trying to scam me into unnecessary repairs and I'm so thankful to have a reliable person like Justin to to help me be better protected from places like that. He even followed up a few months later just to make sure everything had been resolved and that me and the car were well. I love that I'm still being taken care of a year after the sale of my car, this is the best service one could hope for.
"If you need to replace wiper blades on your F150"
I was outfitted with blades the tech called "Premium Flats". Flat they may have been, but Premium, noooooo! The installation was made difficult by "adaptors" that had to be installed to make them fit. Problems with "hopping" showed up very soon. But recent rainfall made good wiper blades a necessity. Hopping was accompanied by wobbling. Fortunately, I was near another dealership that had the necessary "OE" part. Spend another $10.00 and get OE blades. I am satisfied that M. H. Ford refunded the purchase price.
