Save yourself time by going to another BMW dealer. We were looking at the X5. They did not have the X5 with what we wanted Chris told us he would bring in the car we wanted. Don’t Trust This Dealership! I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I bought a BRAND NEW car here just a few months ago, and it’s been nothing but I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I bought a BRAND NEW car here just a few months ago, and it’s been nothing but trouble since day one. Within the first day, driving it off the lot....an issue appeared on the dash. Front headlight sensor - I brought it back, and they claimed it was a “minor sensor issue” and supposedly fixed it — but it came back a week or so later. (They didn't fix anything the first time I brought it in clearly) Since then, the check engine light has come on. Had to bring the car in again for them to fix it. Keep in mind this is a BRAND NEW CAR. I trusted them because of the BMW brand. My other car - AUDI Q5 has not given me any issues! I regret ever buying from this place and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. More

Frustration is not a even a word..we got off the hwy.. parked and found a great dealership in west palm Beach that had a brand new 2020 with just 15,000 miles on it, I payed cash and started to head home. Guess that dealership you send us to, don't care about building a life long relationship with clients.. their loss. More
