Ineffective service department! My CPO E93 335i I bought in March this year has been in their shop for NINE WEEKS and they don't have a clue why the a/c system won't cool properly. T My CPO E93 335i I bought in March this year has been in their shop for NINE WEEKS and they don't have a clue why the a/c system won't cool properly. They've changed out virtually every part in the system at least once (some more) and it is no better than the day I brought it in! The service advisor, Ben, is great, but the a/c system is over-engineered and apparently no one in BMW corporation understands it! More
