I've wanted to become fully gas independent for years, and after seeing that an i3 was sitting on the lot I went and checked out Melbourne BMW. From the moment I saw it until writing this review they've been beyond amazing. The sales associate Daniel was knowledgeable, the parts department and Jeff were beyond accommodating when my charger was found out not to be functioning, even sending a new one overnight! More

Ineffective service department! My CPO E93 335i I bought in March this year has been in their shop for NINE WEEKS and they don't have a clue why the a/c system won't cool properly. They've changed out virtually every part in the system at least once (some more) and it is no better than the day I brought it in! The service advisor, Ben, is great, but the a/c system is over-engineered and apparently no one in BMW corporation understands it! More

Very disappointed in the Melbourne BMW Sales area for lack of knowledge and rushed delivery to the poor treatment in after purchase Service. After a year of crazy issues with the vehicle and lack of response from the dealer I took a huge loss to trade out of BMW forever. I would never recommend the product or dealer to anyone. More

Don't go here! Only care about money! I studied extensively online about my repair. Numerous people had the same problem. They wrote about how long it took them to do the repair themselves and exactly what the problem was. It took everyone who did it and wrote about it on line about 5 hours and cost around $1000. With Melbourne BMW who had supposedly experienced service men it took them twelve hours and cost 3 thousand! Not okay!!!!! More
