Toni is a very nice guy but his response time is very poor. The problem is still not fixed after bringing it in three times. The service staff was exceptional. They kept me updated throughout the process and didn't keep me waiting as my former dealer did. This dealerships services department is SERIOUSLY LACKING! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I took my car in for service, they “rigged” the fix to get by. Even though we had an appointment, we had to call them days later to find out it was ready. I know they have our number on file as we’ve used them several times before. Since they’ve changed management it’s gotten bad! More

I was told I would have a loaner vehicle when I made the appointment. No vehicle was available. I waited over 2 hours and I finally asked about my vehicle. I sat outside and called my husband to come get me appointment. No vehicle was available. I waited over 2 hours and I finally asked about my vehicle. That meant another trip back into town! Very frustrated!!!!! More
