Maddie is clearly experienced in all phases of the car-buying process and she uses that experience to make things easy for the buyer. Everything is explained thoroughly in plain English. When I arrived, the car was pulled up front, I was given all the time I needed to look at it and then test drive where I wanted and not some prescribed route around the block like many dealerships. The staff was available for questions or assistance but very low pressure. When I made the decision to buy the car, their process was easy . Jordan helped us through the delivery process that took about 30 minutes, Anthony pitched in and had the car ready by the time we were done with the paperwork. Probably the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. More
