The Worse experience ever! Outside of Anthony and the $25 fuel card, I got gassed! I purchased a 2014 Nissan sentra with 40,000 miles. The first week had to have AAA come out du Outside of Anthony and the $25 fuel card, I got gassed! I purchased a 2014 Nissan sentra with 40,000 miles. The first week had to have AAA come out due to a Dead Battery! Mind you in the interim it took three months for me to finally receive my registration card which was another ordeal all in itself. Especially since I retained my own tags from out of state. So yes I went through two temporary tags, which I guess some fault could go to the pandemic. But wait it's paperwork and most are working from home especially in that department for Christ sake it's paperwork. I'm not finished one should never go with a thirty day/ thousand mile warranty ever, this is a Huge note to self! Why might one ask if your car isn't certified where it's a 5 year or 100,000 miles warranty on all powertrain/ transmission. You are simply rolling the dice! I have had this car for going on three months and just six thousand miles and had to Pay for a New Transmission!!!!! What I thought was a great deal for my money, I was better off going to a Major Dealership to buy a certified preowned vehicle!! So 10,500 turned into 14,500 in three months. Safe to say I got taken for a RIDE! Just sad that there are very few honest folks that are willing to stand by or just want to do the right thing! The name may sound good. However Member car is simply your average/bottom grade dealership that are along side of many major roadways/ highways in America. If you can avoid Member car, Please do so, I will not be buying from them again! Costly lesson Learned on my $Dollar! More

Both Jordan and Maddie made my purchased experience comfortable, confident and simple. They do not seem to be based on the volume of transactions, selling a lot of cheaper, poor quality vehicles. Rather, if you know what you want ahead of time, and see it in their inventory, you will get a very competitive trade-in, good price, quality vehicle and drive away knowing you got a fair deal.
