I bought my daughter a 2019 GMC Terrain Ryan lied like they will gas it up and that oil change will be done and per there documents and Ryan new battery and now 2 and 1/2 weeks in this SUV needed a oil ch they will gas it up and that oil change will be done and per there documents and Ryan new battery and now 2 and 1/2 weeks in this SUV needed a oil change and not it is not starting at all and Ryan is never available and I left messages for him but no return call. I paid cash for the SUV instead of taking out a loan run they are not honest!!! More

We purchased a new car for my son and for a second time the service was outstanding, and all the people we interacted with were exceptional. Purchased a used car only to find out after I took it to my mechanic that is has a bent control arm, blown valve gasket and was leaking oil. They cleaned the engine so you couldn't see the leak and after go my mechanic that is has a bent control arm, blown valve gasket and was leaking oil. They cleaned the engine so you couldn't see the leak and after going back and complaining they said it was sold as is. I am very disappointed in this company. Make sure if you're buying a car from here to take it to a mechanic beforehand. See attached photo for laundry list of issues from my mechanic. More
