Mentor Nissan Service contacted Nissan Support and on their advice reloaded the software into the computer and that fixed the issue. Excellent Overall! I've just bought a CPO 2015 Nissan Versa from this dealership; and the process was super smooth and easy. The test drive was great and when I noticed I've just bought a CPO 2015 Nissan Versa from this dealership; and the process was super smooth and easy. The test drive was great and when I noticed a defective passenger door mirror, I was assured it would be corrected, and it was. The car was in excellent condition and the sale process was fast and efficient. There was only 1 ignition key available; but Andrew our sales person assured us that a second key would be ready for pick up next week. We were waiting a while the following day to collect the car and sign paperwork; but that was because it was end of the month and very busy. The used car manager, Brian, gave us a voucher for a free tank of gas good for the remainder of 2018, which was pretty good of him! :-) This was to make up for our inconvenience. So, overall an excellent experience! Thank you everyone! We're very happy with our Versa! More
