Thank you for your review. I hope that I can help you as you move forward looking for the right vehicle. Without going into matters of your credit which we feel is a private issue between you and your current/prospective creditors, our lenders are bound by tightly regulated lending rules. Sometimes additional documentation is required to secure a loan decision. This can lead to delays outside of our control. We always try to get answers in a timely manner but, as we hope you can appreciate, it is not up to us to either approve or deny a loan application put forth by us on your behalf. A longer wait is neither an indication of a pending approval nor does it assume a denial. If anything, it shows that we are not giving up on doing all we can to help our customers! In fairness to Jessica and our Finance Director, your recent email to us just before leaving this review complained that Jessica did in fact contact you several times. Again, your financial issues being a matter we feel not for public consumption, we can only work within the boundaries of each individual lender institutions policies. To insinuate that we would discriminate against a prospective buyer for any reason is both specious and unfair. Your email mentioned that your social network includes many employees of various dealerships -- some of which I assume work at those dealers you cited that are working hard to complete a Mustang purchase transaction for you. I would hope that these associates of yours are also sharing the reality that we do not get paid until someone takes delivery. Does it make sense then that we want to subvert our very livelihood? It is up to you whether or not to engage in litigation provided you find some sort of standing for such recourse, but I say let's put spite aside and look for solutions. You seem to reference concern for your credit score. If that is the case, may we encourage you to seek legitimate, responsible organizations that can help you address issues of that nature? We recommend starting with a non profit organization that specializes in consumer credit counseling. Your local Jobs & Family Services office should be able to give you some trusted referrals.
