I live out of state so I was going to have my car shipped but due to a time constraint as I was going on vacation I chose to fly in and pick up the car on a spur of the moment. The Bad: The previous evening I spoke with Fernando and chose a $1,700 upgrade of protective coating. As soon as the dealership opened I called and advised Brad that I would be flying in in a few hours and that I no longer want it the protective coating option. When I arrived I was told that the coding was already done BIG SURPRISE NOT! I expected they would try something like that just because that's what car salesmen do. Why would you add a future before any paperwork is signed or money has been transferred? Other than that I had a good experience. I just wish I wouldn't have called and showed up instead and I'm pretty sure that the protective coating wouldn't have been done. More
