Easy check in process, easy loaner process, very nice service coordinator. Only issues were they had to order parts and said they’d let me know when they were in and when I could expect the car to be don service coordinator. Also I was charged a 3% credit card fee on a $2.5k invoice effectively charging me $75 to use a credit card. At the margins they operate within I don’t see why they couldn’t absorb this fee therefore I think this is ridiculous. If it were a small business or a small transaction I would get it but it was neither of these things. More
