Unprofessional Was not the least impressed with this Mercedes dealership. The manager, Jason, knew I was driving in from out of town to buy a particular car I had to Was not the least impressed with this Mercedes dealership. The manager, Jason, knew I was driving in from out of town to buy a particular car I had told him about on the phone before I came. When I arrived, the car was filthy and had scratches all over it and had no gas. My sales person, Chad, told me the car weren't really cleaned that well beforehand unless they knew it was going to be a "sure sale". My husband could only stay for a short while to see the car, before he had to get to work. Needless to say, he could only view the car a few minutes since it took the dealership about 30 minutes to clean it and put gas in the car. The whole purchasing process took forever even though it was a cash sale. All my sales person seemed concerned about was that I was give him a positive google review while I was there. Since I purchased the vehicle, I have tried to call my sales person, Chad, and he is never available to answer my questions. I have been in sales for 35+ years, and this is not how to treat customers. Not impressed with Long Mercedes!!! More
