Best experience with a service department I have ever had. Even though I do not own a Mercedes they were very professional and willing to help me when I needed a tire. They do not keep the size that I need in Stock so they ordered one for me. In less than an hour and ahalf the tire arrived and it was put on my car. From the parts manager to the service advisor all the way down to the technician that worked on my car. Thank you. You are the best. More

At the request of my service advi I required assistance when attempting to activate Sirius Traffic for the navigation system in a 2014 Mercedes E350. At the request of my service adviser, David Rhea, I contacted Derrick Walters, product specialist, at Long Mercedes-Benz in Chattanooga, TN. by telephone. He took the trouble to go to their used car display area, find a 2014 E350,and then make a video of how to properly activate the Sirius Traffic service from within an identical car. The video was then posted on U-Tube so I could view it. Seeing the video enabled me to solve my own problem without having to visit the dealership. This service was far in excess of anything that would normally be expected. More
