Despite a small miscommunication with the online service reservation service, (for which I received many apologies), I received excellent service from both customer service and the S.A. I especially liked the SA being able to take my payment, and not having to walk to a cashier's booth in some distant part of the facility. My car was also cleaned thoroughly after the service, which is a very nice touch. More
