I bought my first GLA 250 at a competing used car dealership, however, I I absolutely LOVE Long Mercedes!! I have been a Mercedes owner since 2016. I bought my first GLA 250 at a competing used car dealership, however, I have always had my service done at Long. Josiah Sadek is a wonderful salesperson! He did not pressure me to buy a new car, but I saw a 2018 GLA that I absolutely loved, and Josiah worked incredibly hard to help me purchase it! I met Josiah on Saturday October 27th and he showed me the car. I wasn't sure I could purchase it, but decided to check into it and asked him to write up an order that I could take to my credit union. He allowed me to communicate with him through texting and worked with me every step of the way to get the car. Expired Warranty- Repair made under warranty anyway. Our 2013 C250 had a major timing chain issue less than 3000 aft dr the warranty expired. We had all maintenance done by the dealership. They made the Our 2013 C250 had a major timing chain issue less than 3000 aft dr the warranty expired. We had all maintenance done by the dealership. They made the almost $2,000 repair as a warranty claim and it didn't cost us a penny. They even provided a loaner car at no charge. We'LL be back when it's time to by another car. More
