I once had to take my E350 in for service and they needed to get an approval from Mercedes to make some modification to the Computer. We were supposed to go to Atlanta for an entire week for a Reunion of my Vietnam Infantry Unit. So they gave us a new E350 to go on our trip while they waited for the Approval from Mercedes. More

Reprogram system I took my car in to have it reprogram to accept embrace complimentary trial and a car wash if it would not take long. I was told it would take about thirty minutes or so with the reprogramming of my car. I was there for two hours. I had to go check on my car to see what was taking so long. If someone could keep you updated with what's going on with your car and how much longer it will take, that would be helpful. More
