I'm new to this area and I've been to this dealership twice for service. The service they provided was excellent. This was however the first Mercedes dealership where a loaner car was not provided free twice for service. The service they provided was excellent. This was however the first Mercedes dealership where a loaner car was not provided free of charge; the first time I visited. I mentioned this to the service agent. The second time I needed service they exceeded my expectation. They had a driver come to my residence and dropped off a loaner car free of charge and drove my car to their dealership for the service. The next day they returned my car and picked up their loaner car. More
