Chris always keeps me informed on what is happening to my car. He is most polite and upfront with any extra costs. Its a no-hassle deal if I need a loaner car. Chris is also very knowledgeable on Mercedes cars; He knows how to treat a customer and the value his great customer service and positive attitude brings to MB of arrowhead.
