BEWARE - Expensive Misdiagnosis Not happy with the way I was treated, or how the repair diagnosis went down. The service adviser didn't listen, and was unable to address my concerns Not happy with the way I was treated, or how the repair diagnosis went down. The service adviser didn't listen, and was unable to address my concerns. He also tried to convince me that the car was repaired when it clearly was not. When I questioned the logic of having one part replaced, only to find that another was causing the problem, he just nodded his head and agreed that it didn't make sense. The cost of the misdiagnosis was the difference between perhaps prolonging the "asset" and using the money needed for repairs to buy a new car. Super unhappy, and won't take my car here for service ever again. More

Said when we 1st started talking, that he knew the problem, before asking me what my complaint was, or what the issue was. This guy is a joke. So arragant, rude, disrespectful. BAD experience, if you care about your time and money, avoid this place. Six months ago came here with what I assumed was an oil leak and smell of something burning coming from the car (c250 2013 with 40k mi this place. I told the service assistant that it's on the right side of the engine. First time they said they fixed water pump... came home, same problem. Second time they said they fixed some gaskets at the Turbo, thank you, came home, same problem. After that I decided that it needs to burn out, partially because I didn't want to go again with the same problem. Sure enough a week ago I discover the leak in the exact same place. So I went back to the dealership to ask them if they fixed it or not. They said vehicle is not under warranty anymore so you'll have to pay 140$ just to look at it. Again something that was supposed to be fixed when it was under warranty! More
Certified Pre Owned is a RIP OFF BEWARE - I have a CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED (CPO) and only 31,000 miles with a CPO warranty. I also have the $2600.00 extended warranty for my pre-owned. BEWARE - I have a CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED (CPO) and only 31,000 miles with a CPO warranty. I also have the $2600.00 extended warranty for my pre-owned. I found a crack in my windshield washer reservoir plastic container and they told me it is NOT COVERED under the CPO warranty or the extended warranty it comes with!! Additionally it will cost me over $400 to get it replaced. This is after me calling the service department FOUR TIMES within 2 hours on a Monday Morning before i could speak to anyone. I first spoke with someone at 10:23 AM and they said they'd check if it is covered and call me right back. At 2:31 PM i was called back and told that my cracked windshield washer reservoir was NOT COVERED under the CPO warranty. Not only is it difficult to speak to someone - it will take all day to get answers and BEWARE of purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes and don't get suckered into buying an extension to that warranty thinking you'll be covered. More

I said fine I ask him about the price and he told me what it would cost for this service made an appointment for 9:00am on Tuesday when we arrived we were greeted by Phil with a friendly smile and a hand shake again ask how we were. This is the kind of service that should be done in all dealerships. Phil Tiemeier is the thee best at Mercedes Benz of Arrowhead in Peoria ,Arizona. Mercedes needs more people like Phil because if you had people like Phil I guarantee your business would double. It will be a sad day when Phil retires because you don't find them like him anymore. Today I called and spoke to "Andy" in Service to schedule my 75,000 service. In the past, Esther (who was our service person) took Chandler Mercedes coupons - graciously. Today, Andy was rude and really insulting. He said "no way, Mercedes Chandler were hiring non-skilled people for minimum wage instead of Master Certified Technicians and they wouldn't honor anything from them. He could have apologized and changed his tone to tell me "no" but he was one of the nastiest people I have ever dealt with in an automobile service capacity. I will not return - to do service, purchase or recommend! More

Last year took in our Sprinter to get checked out and get its service done, however when we drove from Arizona to Florida, our car ended up shutting down in the middle of the highway and wouldn't start back up. Then we got to Florida and took it to their service and they ended up fixing it, spent our whole vacation at the Mercedes dealership trying to fix their mistakes. Then this year we take it again this year for a check up and they tell us everything is perfect, come to find out our roof was leaking from the rain. We called and asked for help but they weren't willing to help, were extremely rude through the whole process and hung up on us. Just because of all these incidents we've changed our whole out look on the Mercedes brand. More
