I had a BAD experience with this dealer. This is why. My new CLA developed a crack in the windshield. We took it to Arrowhead Mercedes to be looked at. Esther Jordan was the person assigned to us. She told us that the windshield needed to be replaced. We told her that Allstate told us to have it fixed and they would reimburse us. Her first reaction was to tell us that they probably would not pay what the dealership would charge. She told us that we would probably have to work through a glass place that they recommended. We told her that that's not what our agent advised us. She seemed to want to discourage us from having it repaired at Arrowhead. We told her we were more comfortable having Mercedes do the repair. She then checked to see if the part was in stock. It wasn't but she said that it was "in town" and that they could get it. We then scheduled the repair for today. She told me to bring the car in at 9:00. I left the car. She said that she would call me when it was ready. It would take a god part of the day. When I got home, Esther called and told me that they did not have the part. They would not be able to get it until Monday. I would have to pick the car up and bring it back on Monday. I told her that she should have checked to make sure it was there before I came in. She didn't explain why she hadn't done that and didn't seem too concerned that she was wasting my time. I told her to forget the repair. I will take it some place else. I then put a call into the Service Manager, who has still not called me back! Shortly thereafter, Esther called me back and told me that the part had arrived. I told her that I had already arranged with another dealer to do the repair. I again asked her why she had not checked to make sure the part was in. She then told me that they don't actually order the part until your car is on the premises unless you pre-pay and she hadn't wanted to ask us to do that. That made no sense. I am taking my car back and will never return to this dealer. I expected better from Mercedes. The service manager, Vern Foutz, did call me back. When I told him that I was writing this review, he hung up on me! More
Esther is a pleasure to work with on the service of my car. We had been taking out car to Chandler Mercedes and we never received the caliber of care we get from Esther. They really have a great business at Arrowhead Mercedes. We are planning a new car next year and we will go there first. More

Chris always keeps me informed on what is happening to my car. He is most polite and upfront with any extra costs. Its a no-hassle deal if I need a loaner car. I have visited the dealership for service a couple of times and have not been satisfied with my experience. My service advisor was Nicholas Thompson. During my first experience they tagged an additional times and have not been satisfied with my experience. My service advisor was Nicholas Thompson. During my first experience they tagged an additional $100 to the bill for services that had not been discussed, authorized or communicated. My second experience was for worse than the first one - a typical "bait and switch" tactic. I was quoted $199.99 for a service, but when I got in Nicholas Thompson wanted to charge over $500 for the same service. The final straw was when the service department tried to "up sell services" that are NOT part of the Mercedes Benz maintenance requirement, but "RECOMMENDED" by the dealer. These services are flagged in "YELLOW" with a "CAUTION" status, making you feel that the vehicle really needs a lot of work done - the fact is that its a ploy to generate additional income, in my case I came in for a service for $199.99 and the dealership attempted to make an additional $1520.25 from me - No wonder the consumer does not trusts car dealerships. So be prepared before going to this service department. More
