I had an emergent need for service for a bubble in my tire. I had a scheduled service appointment for several days later. The service advisor, Luis, was extremely knowledgeable and kind and not only acco tire. I had a scheduled service appointment for several days later. The service advisor, Luis, was extremely knowledgeable and kind and not only accommodated me that day to replace my tire, but offered to complete my scheduled service so I didn’t have to come back. Because it was an unscheduled appointment, they were unable to offer a loaner vehicle; however, Luis arranged for a Lyft driver to take me to work and also to pick me up from work to bring me back to the dealership. Dealing with Luis was the best service experience I’ve had at that dealership since owning my Mercedes. More
