Kevin told me the part I needed was out of stock and on backorder everywhere No one in the US, no in the world has it and it will be 3-4 months to get the part. The lack of service at AC is a disgrace especially since I have bought two cars from your network and have spent over $100,000 between the cars and service More

Both Mark and Marc are the top of the totem pole as far as I am concerned. I had a problem at the dealership from which I purchased this vehicle and for a month they accomplished NOTHING to fix my problem. as I am concerned. I didn't have Mark for a service tech it was Damon Lewis. I'm so glad he is back in service. I know he was in parts for some time. Damon is very knowledgeable & helpful. I also would like to say "Bill" w I'm so glad he is back in service. I know he was in parts for some time. Damon is very knowledgeable & helpful.
