Both Mark and Marc are the top of the totem pole as far as I am concerned. I had a problem at the dealership from which I purchased this vehicle and for a month they accomplished NOTHING to fix my problem. as I am concerned. Unsatisfactory service. No ones ever contacted me back. My headlights are foggy and I was told they aren’t I have pictures and videos to prove it. As well as my windows trim is disgusting. I didn't have Mark for a service tech it was Damon Lewis. I'm so glad he is back in service. I know he was in parts for some time. Damon is very knowledgeable & helpful. I also would like to say "Bill" w I'm so glad he is back in service. I know he was in parts for some time. Damon is very knowledgeable & helpful. I also would like to say "Bill" who is in the area where we park our cars before we go inside. He is very good & calls me by name. He is 5 star too. He also put my new plates on & was extremely fast.
