I had a flat tire on LBI. I have run flats. It took 3 1/2 hours for tow truck. The entire next day the dealer could not schedule a replacement tire. Two days later I retrieved my car. Bought a 2016 c300 in January 2020 with 25k miles on it. Today, trunk would not open - tried fob, tried inside release - nothing. Called service department and they said they couldn't schedule it to be look Today, trunk would not open - tried fob, tried inside release - nothing. Called service department and they said they couldn't schedule it to be looked at until November...it is now September. I asked if there was a way to open the trunk manually, and they said they would transfer me to a tech, put me on hold, and then hung up on me before I got to speak to anyone. I have called back 2 more times....no response. Not cool. Luckily, I scoured the internet to find out how I could manually open my trunk, and finally found how to fix it on youtube. This was the first time I called for help with my car, and got the run around. RUN, don't walk, away from this dealership. More
