For the most part, the service center is 5 star. I only wish when they washed my car they would towel dry it or leave it the shade. My car had water spots on it from the last service. I had my 2012 E350 being serviced for a steering recall. First the bad it took them 5 working day to get it done and being old I would have liked getting a phone call instead of a text. Mark, the manager, took an interest in a problem we were having with our Mercedes. He took the time and effort to investigate and take care of a problem we were having and successfully resolved it.
