Excellent detail work I bought a previously owned C300. The previous owner had his initials painted in a break on the pin stripe, The dealer 'erased' the old initials, bu I bought a previously owned C300. The previous owner had his initials painted in a break on the pin stripe, The dealer 'erased' the old initials, but it left a very faint shadow and a non-sensical break in the stripe on both the driver and front passenger doors. I told the dealer that if they couldn't fix it, I would forever feel like I was walking up to "JD"'s car, not my own. So in this visit, the shadows were completely buffed out, and the sections of pin stripe were filled in. It was a perfect match, And I'm happy. Thanks to all involved, especially to the meticulous contract detailer. More

10,000 mile service and inspection of engine light problem 10000 mile Service was fine but a defective soot sensor was found to be the reason for the engine trouble light and I was going to be charged over $15 10000 mile Service was fine but a defective soot sensor was found to be the reason for the engine trouble light and I was going to be charged over $1500 for the repair. After looking at the Mercedes web site I discovered that this defect was to be covered by a 10 year extended warranty. This was mentioned to the service rep and eventually he removed the extra charges for replacement of this part. Had I not looked into this repair I would have been eroneously charged for this repair.
