One issue was forgotten about and was told I would have to come back and I could schedule at any time because item would only take 1/2 hour to fix. I called a week later and was told I would not be able to come back for 3 weeks. I asked service agent to call me back when he came back the next day. Still waiting for that call More
crooked, dirty and vile aggressive attitude of service dept In if the owners don't teach their so called service manager mark and his gang how to communicate and even reason with customers this dealership will In if the owners don't teach their so called service manager mark and his gang how to communicate and even reason with customers this dealership will be closed very soon as more and more people spread the outrageous and incredibly stupid customer service skills exhibited by mark and the little bald dude.Was overcharged 195+tax just for them to pop in a hood release handle.This should not take more than 20 mins to do.After complaining to them they tried to have a fist fight inside the dealership whilst the sloth looking mark their manager cheered and encouraged the fight.Would have been a beating given to them not a fight but decided they weren't wort it.Just FYI these guys behave like gang members and not service employees,will not advice any one to go there. Expedient Service I am from Pennsylvania and my car had to be towed from a Casino in Atlantic City, NJ to Mercedes Benz of Atlantic City at 2:30 am. That morning after I am from Pennsylvania and my car had to be towed from a Casino in Atlantic City, NJ to Mercedes Benz of Atlantic City at 2:30 am. That morning after they opened, I received a phone call from Kevin Rossi asking more details about my issue. Within a few hours my car was repaired, cleaned and ready for pickup. Poor service Original contact was good Had airbag recall done. When I picked up the vehicle all SRS indicators were illuminated Received a follow up to text or Original contact was good Had airbag recall done. When I picked up the vehicle all SRS indicators were illuminated Received a follow up to text or email if any issues I did text twice to ask why 2 airbag warning lights were still on. Never got a response I was suggested many other services but never received an explanation why SRS lights were still on. Finally my wife called and asked They said lights were still illuminated most likely because of another SRS issue. If they suggested so many other services why would u not Explain or offer service to fix any other SRS issues. This was also my first and last service with Mercedes service Don’t ask for feedback and then do not respond. Is this Mercedes? Or Hyundai ? Not goo 🤔 More
Had a slow leak in my tire. I had a slow leak in my tire, so I stopped in to see if the service department could take a look at it. I spoke with Tina Lachina and she said they w I had a slow leak in my tire, so I stopped in to see if the service department could take a look at it. I spoke with Tina Lachina and she said they would take a look at it. Minutes later they assessed the problem as a screw in the sidewall and said the tire would have to be replaced. I said okay and they replaced it and I was on my way. Fast and great service. More
