"Assigned" customer service reps I brought my car in for its annual service visit. I do not like MB of AC "assigning" me a person in the department. I would like to deal with the first available representative, rather than have to wait around for my "assigned" rep. Not sure if they feel that having an assigned rep makes the experience "better" but I want to get in and get out, so give me the first available customer rep. More
